Exploration on the Integration of Integrated Design and Construction of Prefabricated Assembly from the Perspective of EPC Management

Abstract

Prefabricated building is a new type of building structure, that is, the residential building is built by industrial production mode. It is a building built by prefabricating some or all components of the building in the factory, then transporting them to the construction site, and assembling the components through special machinery. From the perspective of EPC general contracting mode, this paper discusses the importance of multi line front integration to prefabricated buildings; The integration of design and construction of assembly integrated building is proposed; In combination with the actual engineering cases, the problems often encountered in the construction implementation process are integrated in the early design by considering the safety of the structure, the convenience of construction and the feasibility of bidding and procurement through the early design; This paper summarizes the countermeasures to the common problems in the construction of prefabricated buildings; Put forward the informatization 5D idea with high integration of BIM design and construction. Practice has proved that the integration of assembly integrated architectural design and construction can better control the high integration of project design, construction, information communication and product quality, accelerate the construction progress of the project, and ensure the physical quality of the project.
