Abstract: In the process of oil well production, the deposition and enrichment of heavy oil and wax are common phenomena. The deposition of these high-viscosity organic substances will not only seriously affect the normal production of oil wells but also cause certain pollution to the environment. Traditional well-washing operations usually rely on high temperatures and strong cleaning chemicals, which have the problems of low cleaning efficiency at low temperatures and poor environmental protection. Therefore, it is particularly important to study a more efficient and environmentally friendly water-based well-washing fluid. At present, most oilfields in China use diesel or organic cleaning agents to clean oil wells, which not only increases the cost of well-washing operations but also may cause pollution to the environment. In response to this problem, the core of this study lies in its innovative compounding scheme. The scheme includes preferred alkaline components, surfactants, emulsifiers, and solubilizers, and introduces glass fiber cutting and erosion technology. This well-washing fluid can effectively remove wax and heavy oil attached to the well wall at a lower temperature, which not only improves cleaning ability but also greatly reduces the dependence on high temperature. The water-based well-washing fluid provided in this study is composed of water, alkaline substances, surfactants, emulsifiers, and glass fibers. Emulsifiers such as Tween 80, OP-20, and polyethers form a stable emulsification system to help disperse and encapsulate oil and grease particles.

Abstract: Identifying the climate profile of an area is essential for effective water resource management, agricultural planning and disaster preparedness. This study focuses on characterizing rainfall patterns and identifying the variability of Jeldu woreda in Oromia, Ethiopia. Previously and recently, little study tried to show the woreda profile, which did not bases on station data properly. Forty years (1981-2020) of stations’ rainfall and temperature data were utilized. The study area had natural forest, highland and mid land with varying topography. Based on the annual rainfall cycle, the woreda had bi-modal rainfall types, with the peak of the year being July. Statistical methods and python script were applied to identify the climate profile. The results show that main rainy seasonal rainfall starts on average from 12-14 June and ceases averagely around 10-15 October. During second rainy period, the rain starts from 25 February to 10 March. The mean annual rainfall of woreda is 1395.1 mm, and the average maximum temperature is 19.5°. Kiremt contributes the highest percent, which is more than 64 % of the annual total rainfall. The 1987 and 2015 were the driest years, and 1996 and 2010 is the wettest during kiremt, 1987 and 2010 the wettest, and 1999 and 2015 the driest during Belg. Seasonal rainfall had a regular to moderate precipitation concentration over woreda. Identifying the causes of unseasonal rainfall that happened during dry season over the study area can help to decrease weather hazard during the season.

Abstract: With the continuous progress of society, the people's demand for a better life is getting higher and higher, strengthen the residents' awareness of the importance of first-aid knowledge, and promote high-quality emergency rescue work is the general trend of social development, and is the practical need to protect the safety of people's lives. To explore the status quo of first-aid knowledge understanding and first-aid skills mastery of Ningbo residents, strengthen the publicity and education of first-aid knowledge, find potential problems and risks, and optimize the construction of Ningbo's first-aid system from the root. A multi-stage sampling method was used to select 7 cities and counties under the jurisdiction of Ningbo City, and a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1030 residents of Ningbo City. The results show that 25% of the respondents know first aid knowledge,68% of the respondents learn first aid knowledge through TV and Internet, 12% of the respondents can calmly cope with emergency situations, 59% of the respondents choose to dial 110 or 120 for rescue. Sixty-seven percent of respondents consider learning first aid to be an essential skill. The study found that the residents of Ningbo City had a low understanding of first-aid knowledge, poor mastery of first-aid skills, insufficient first-aid education and publicity, and need to improve their first-aid awareness and level.

Abstract: Using single-tower cable-stayed bridge as example, this article introduces the design and construction process of a cable-stayed bridge with a scroll-shaped tower, as well as the optimization process and detailed design process of the steel structure of the scroll-shaped part of the bridge pylon.Based on Rhino+Grasshopper software, parametric design was used to design the bridge tower's shape while ensuring the balance of tower strength, stiffness, and stability. The shape was designed as close to the original landscape plan as possible, and the following work was conducted: (1) Determination of the the pylon’s overall proportion, based on Golden Section principle, including the size of three main elliptical sections at the top, bottom, and waist, as well as the determination of the circular arc transition in the middle, the pylon shape match perfectly with the landscape plan; (2) The shape of the tower crown is found by the golden section ratio plus helix, and the structure of the tower crown adopts double shell. The structural calculation shows that the strength and stiffness of the double shell meet the requirements when the inner and outer layers are 10~12mm thick and the ring stiffening +1 circle and 20 vertical stiffening every 1.5m; (3) To find the shape of the pylon’s turned edge, according to the shape of the rotary rising edge from the original model, by constructing the parameter of the control point, and generating the integral shape, adjusting the parameter until the shape meets the original pylon model. (4) After the concrete scroll edge and the main tower bottom are cast together, the stress distribution of the tower foundation scroll edge under permanent load, live load, and overall temperature rise and fall conditions is analyzed, and the proportion of its force sharing with the main tower is calculated, calculation shows that the main force of the flange is compression, which is consistent with the main tower structure. Only under the most unfavorable conditions with the maximum bending moment, there is a small tensile stress in the flange.

Abstract: Objective To investigate the status quo of exercise compliance in patients with chronic heart failure and analyze its influencing factors. Methods Using convenient sampling method, 425 patients with chronic heart failure in a 3A hospital from August 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects. General data questionnaire, exercise compliance Scale, exercise self-efficacy scale, heart-activity Fear Tampa scale, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, perceptive Social Support Scale and Psychological experience Scale were used to investigate the patients with chronic heart failure. Results A total of 415 questionnaires were collected, and the average compliance rate was 53.01%. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that BMI, educational level, occupational status, hospitalization frequency, exercise self-efficacy, fear of cardiac activity and perceived social support were the main influencing factors of exercise compliance in patients with chronic heart failure (P< 0.05). Conclusion The overall level of exercise compliance of patients with chronic heart failure is poor. Clinical healthcare personnel should evaluate the exercise compliance of patients with chronic heart failure and take timely targeted intervention measures according to the actual situation of patients and related influencing factors, so as to promote the improvement of exercise compliance of patients with chronic heart failure.
